GITEX proved to be one hectic week for MintTwist! After generating hundreds of leads, handing out kilograms of mints and consuming litres of coffee, we’re finally beginning to be able to relax and take the frenzy into account.
Since GITEX ended we’ve been busy keeping in touch with the new friends we made. It’s looking like a very successful exhibition for MinTwist as we’re already talking to new clients about helping them with Digital Marketing services.
Client requests have varied from web design and development to email marketing and even some inquiries about smartphone applications. We’re going to enjoy the new challenges set by our ever expanding client base. We were amazed by the global reach of GITEX and as a result we’ve managed to expand our services throughout the GCC including Oman and Saudi Arabia and welcome new clients from North and East Africa.
We were particularly pleased to find out how companies in the UAE are beginning to whole heartedly embrace social media. We were impressed at how many companies are currently active on social media sites like Facebook and Twitter and how others are now planning social media marketing campaigns .
MintTwist truly believe that the world of digital marketing will continue to grow at a tremendous rate over the coming years. Whilst speaking to clients in the UAE, we noticed how companies really do want to be at the forefront of the technological developments and been seen to promote themselves through all media channels.
Being part of the UKTI hub at GITEX was a great experience for us and has helped us in positioning ourselves in the UAE. We hope the friends we met at GITEX will keep us in consideration and get in touch for any web related services or advice.
We’re already looking into how we can make GITEX 2012 an even bigger success – we hope to see you there!
